Jean M. Wilcox Hibben, CG, of Lake Matthews, California, is a full-time genealogist and former speech professor. She received her MA in Speech Communication and is a current doctoral candidate with a major in folklore. Hibben specializes in research through family stories and folklore. She has attended national and local genealogy conferences and institutes. Hibben contributes to the Corona (CA) Genealogy Society’s newsletter and the Jurupa (CA) Family History Center’s online newsletter. She is member of the Genealogical Speaker’s Guild. Maria (Ree) Pratt Hopper, CG, of Montvale, New Jersey, is a retired teacher with over 25 years of genealogical research experience. She is the Historian for the Borough of Montvale, New Jersey. Hopper is Past-President of the Genealogical Society of Bergen County, New Jersey. She compiled “Hopper Family Genealogy: Descendants of Andries Willemszen Hoppe(n) of New Amsterdam, 1651-1658 -- The First Six Generations.” Her geographic specialty includes the mid-Atlantic, New Jersey, and New York.
